Member Gallery is effectively a “Show and Tell” page. Submit your items below with following criteria:
- Recent NBTHK Papers ( Hozon, Tokubetsu Hozon, Juyo)
- Photos will have to be clear and show the items with a high degree of detail and clarity
- Photo File type: JPEG and PNG is the preferred
- Photo size: Maximum 400×400 pixel ( this should be much less than 2meg file size)
- Tosogu Photos: ( Front, Back, Signature )
- Tosogu Data: ( Item Type: Set, Tsuba, Kogai, Kozuka, Menuki etc.., mei in English, NBTHK Paper level, School, Artist )
- Token Photos: (Sugata, Jigane, Hamon/Hataraki, Nakago)
- Token Data: ( Item Type: Katana, Wakizashi, Tanto etc.., mei in English, NBTHK Paper Level, School, Artist )
- Items posted will not display owner’s name (“property of a member” will be the used)
- Person submitting photos acknowledges that the item is theirs and the NBTHK-AB is authorize to use the pictures on the member gallery page as well as in future educational reference material.
- The site and postings will not be used to market the specific item for sale.
- All submissions are subject to NBTHK-AB approvals
